RSVP Now for 2013 Veterans Day at The Wall

Each year on Veterans Day, thousands of veterans and their families congregate at The Wall to remember and to honor those who served in the U.S. armed forces. On these special days, prominent Americans from all walks of life come to the Memorial to deliver thoughtful and patriotic speeches.  Click here for all event details.

Vietnam Women’s Memorial 20th Anniversary

Reading of Names

Please note that the Vietnam Women’s Memorial Foundation (VWMF) will having a reading of names for the of women who served during the Vietnam era and who have died at 5 p.m., Sunday the 10th at the Vietnam Women’s Memorial. If you wish to volunteer to help read names contact the VWMF by phone toll free (866-822-8963), email (vwmfdc@gmail.com), or postal mail (Vietnam Women’s Memorial Foundation, 1735 Connecticut Ave NW, 3rd Fl, Washington, DC 20009). If you know of women who have died, please forward their names to the Vietnam Women’s Memorial Foundation so that they can ensure they are included in this special tribute.
