This past year was one none of us could have imagined. Not only did we endure a global pandemic, but also a record-breaking number of natural disasters; a national reckoning on issues of race, social justice, and policing; and perhaps the most divisive presidential election in our nation’s history. These events, along with other industry challenges and more evolved donor expectations, changed the shape of nonprofit fundraising and workplace giving campaign strategies, and impacted the way we do business – likely for years to come.

And yet, the outlook is encouraging. Despite all the challenges nonprofits have faced this past year, giving remained steady across public and private sector campaigns, with pledges in the CFC increasing for the first time since 2009!

So what now? What’s next? If you could look into a workplace giving and fundraising crystal ball for the year ahead, what would you discover?

Join America’s Charities online for our annual Membership Assembly on Friday, June 11 at 1pm EDT for a retrospective on last year and a deep dive into the future.

During the presentation, America’s Charities President and CEO Jim Starr and Vice President of Client Engagement Robyn Neal will discuss:

  • How the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) and public and private workplace giving campaigns have fared,
  • Trends and insights on opportunities for growth and what’s in store for workplace giving and employee engagement in 2021,
  • Updates pertaining to day-to-day membership business,
  • New programs, advocacy work, and other updates about what America’s Charities has been up to this past year, and more!

America’s Charities Membership Assembly is a free event, open to current members only.

After this presentation, your team will have a clearer understanding of what’s changed in workplace giving (and what hasn’t), what’s driving growth, what America’s Charities is doing to help your organization reach more donors (and raise more funds), and what resources your team can leverage to optimize your workplace giving performance.
