Independent Sector Conference Discount for America’s Charities’ Nonprofit Members

One of the many benefits of being a nonprofit member of America’s Charities is access to events that allow you to connect and collaborate with changemakers from nonprofits, foundations, and corporations in the D.C. Metropolitan area and nationwide. This year, we have partnered with Independent Sector (IS) to offer our members a special $800 registration discount for Independent Sector’s 2016 Conference, “New Frontiers,” that takes place November 16-18, 2016, at the Washington Hilton in Washington, DC.

To take advantage of this exclusive offer, just follow these easy steps:

  1. Visit http://www.newfrontiers2016.org/partnerscode/
  2. During registration, select “yes” when asked “Are you registering with an affiliation to one of the conference partners and using a partner code?”
  3. Select America’s Charities from the drop down bar.
  4. From there, you’ll need to enter two codes:
    • On the last page in the registration process, enter SUMMER300 in the promotional code box to get the $300 discount.
    • Then enter PARTNERALL to get the $500 discount.
  5. Non-IS members who are affiliated with a partner organization will receive a $500 discount. IS members automatically receive the lowest rate.

Our own Lindsay J.K. Nichols is speaking at the Conference, alongside Steven McCullough of Communities in Schools and Anna Spriggs of the Truth Initiative, in a session titled “Building Internal Culture for External Impact,” facilitated by Amy Celep of Community Wealth Partners. This breakout session, on Thursday, November 17, 11:30 am – 1:00 pm ET, is part of the C-Suite track aimed at current and burgeoning leaders of the nonprofit sector.

You won’t want to miss the 2016 Independent Sector’s New Frontiers Conference. It is the meeting ground for leaders and changemakers looking to drive momentum for the charitable community, set the sector’s agenda for the coming year, and collaborate on strategies for success. With a historic reception at the Smithsonian’s newest museum, ample networking events, in-person visits with congressional delegations, and plenty of opportunities to mix and mingle with the strength of the charitable community, this is will be an event to remember.

We are proud to be an official partner of the conference and we hope to see you there!
