Enjoy WAMU 88.5 Programs? Your Donation Will Be Matched for #GivingTuesday Thanks to Deerbrook Charitable Trust

WAMU 88.5 is the leading public radio station for NPR news and information in the greater Washington D.C. area. The station is home to acclaimed talk radio programs The Diane Rehm Show and The Kojo Nnamdi Show, an award-winning local news team, as well as traditional American music and entertainment programs. This unique blend of programming, coupled with the station’s commitment to encouraging lifelong learning through civil discourse, sets the station apart from other public radio stations in the region. While WAMU 88.5 is a public radio station, their content isn’t limited to on-air broadcasts, but also includes blogs, social media, podcasts, mobile apps and Internet streams.

If you enjoy WAMU 88.5’s programming, support their work on #GivingTuesday.  WAMU 88.5 programming relies primarily on individual donors to support its programs.

WAMU is excited to participate in #GivingTuesday this year. Even better, the Deerbrook Charitable Trust is offering a 50% match for all donations made toward WAMU’s new Media Center through http://tinyurl.com/wamuchallenge.
