Charity Navigator Introduces Results Reporting: The Third Dimension of Intelligent Giving

Charity Navigator plans to launch CN 3.0 – an effective tool for measuring results reporting in 2016. The charity validator is moving to incorporate results reporting in its charity reviews, in addition to financial health and accountability & transparence. This follows their support for the “Overhead Myth” letter which calls for donors “to pay attention to other factors of nonprofit performance: transparency, governance, leadership and results,” instead of a sole focus on how much the charities spend on overhead.
