BrightFocus-funded Alzheimer’s Test Gets Encouraging Sign from FDA

Alzheimer’s Disease Research, a BrightFocus Foundation program, has funded a blood-based screening test for Alzheimer’s disease receiving FDA Breakthrough Device Designation!

Blood-based screening tests are believed to be the first step in a multi-stage process to diagnose Alzheimer’s in people.
