Children’s National: Helping Kids Grow Up Stronger

Join America’s Charities, now through December, as we highlight different nonprofits and share how individuals and companies can Shape the Future of various causes through workplace giving programs.

Children's NationalAs the nation’s children’s hospital, Children’s National Health System serves the D.C. region, the nation, and the world by caring for critically and chronically ill children. We aim to excel in clinical care, advocacy, research, and education. We provide a quality healthcare experience for our patients and their families and lead in the creation of innovative solutions to pediatric health challenges.

At Children’s National, we don’t just want kids to grow up—we want them to grow up stronger.

That means making treatments less invasive, more successful, and easier on patients, so they get back to being kids faster. It means treating illnesses and injuries with the highest level of care today, while researching the innovative treatments of tomorrow.

Innovation is at the heart of everything we do. We constantly seek new ways to advance medicine for children and connect research and clinical care to develop and apply new therapies that save and improve the lives of children.

The specialists at Children’s National are experts in caring for kids. We understand that care goes beyond just treatment—it means making our facilities a place for healing, learning, and play.

With your support, the experts of Children’s National can develop therapies, find cures, and improve children’s health in our community, across the nation, and around the world. Join us helping to make sure kids grow up stronger.
