America’s Charities will host the 2014 Membership Assembly and Annual Business Meeting. We will provide an update on America’s Charities, insights into the Combined Federal Campaign, and an outlook for 2014 and beyond.

The Annual Membership Meeting is followed by full day of speakers and panelists who will engage in interactive discussions around trends impacting the sector and strategies to deal with rising expectations for charities to demonstrate accountability, transparency, performance, effectiveness and impact in the marketplace.

Panelists will discuss:

  • Insights into rising expectations of corporate and individual donors
  • Importance of the ‘Overhead Myth’ discussion and looking beyond evaluating charities based on overhead and administrative costs
  • Understanding, leveraging and maximizing your ratings with charity validators
  • Opportunities for digital donor engagement
