Unsustainable fishing and aquaculture practices are taking a major toll on our oceans. Safeway is proud to partner with the California-based nonprofit organization FishWise to assess our entire supply chain and work with our suppliers to offer a larger selection of responsibly harvested fresh and frozen seafood for our stores. FishWise relies on the science from the Monterey Bay Aquarium Seafood Watch®.
