Reports To:   Vice President, Charitable Funds Management Solutions

Location: Offered remotely.* This position is open only to residents of the Washington, DC, metropolitan area.

We are looking for skilled individuals who can coordinate multiple client requirements related to fund processing and reporting.  The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to handle multiple urgent tasks, and manage time wisely. Candidate should be able to help solve problems on their own and as part of a team. There is an option for remote work.* Please note: This position is open only to residents of the Washington, DC, metropolitan area.    

Specific Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate with the account team and client on all aspects of funds management, reporting, and processing for a campaign. 

  • Provide reporting and support to account teams and charity/campaign clients. 

  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of pledge/donor data on assigned accounts. 

  • Reconcile and process payments in a timely manner and work directly with the client to resolve pledge and fund processing issues. 

  • Provide customer service to donors and charities through the customer ticketing system 

  • Work with the auditors and finance department to provide all supporting documentation. 

  • Analyze and update procedures to create organizational efficiencies and reduce errors.  

  • Perform testing on giving portals and database systems.  

Education and Experience Requirements 

  • Associates degree or higher

  • Minimum 3 years related work experience in a relevant analytical or financial field 

  • Demonstrable working knowledge of Microsoft Excel 

  • Previous experience in report creation or analysis 

  • Experience working in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment 

  • Excellent oral and written communications skills 

  • Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new programs and processes    

  • Candidate must pass a skills test (Microsoft Excel functions and writing skills)

Compensation: $16-18/hour, 20-30 hours/week 

Job Type: Full-time; part-time; flexible hours (M-F between 8:30 am - 5:30 pm)

  • Secure computer set-up, reliable high-speed internet connection 

  • Ability to handle voice calls with minimal background noise 

  • Available to work during office hours (8:30 am - 5:30 pm)
